Thank you for your interest and for joining our Beta program for the Cortex XDR Endpoint DLP solution!

Our new Endpoint DLP module is designed to provide you the ability to prevent data exfiltration and to protect your sensitive information directly from the Cortex platform using the XDR agent you have already deployed. With this new module, you will be able to monitor and manage data in motion in select data channels.

How to Enroll and Enable the Endpoint DLP Module

As a selected customer, your tenant now has the Beta offer available.

When you log in to your tenant you should notice a new banner on the "All Endpoints" page in your Cortex XDR console or an activation button for “DLP” at the top of the page.
Enabling the Beta is simple: just follow the prompts in the banner for a quick, self-service confirmation process.
Your approval is required to activate the module and begin the evaluation.

What to Expect After Enrolling

Immediately after you enroll, you'll have full access to the new capabilities:

You will find the new module enabled in the console at Modules > Data Security > Endpoint Data-in-motion rules.

Your compatible Cortex XDR agents on Windows and macOS will automatically receive the DLP capability (however, active enforcement will only be activated for endpoints that will be selected by you in your Data-in-motion rules).
You can immediately start building and testing your data protection policies.

Your participation includes a free evaluation period from now and up to 6 months after the product is release as GA, subject to the terms in the Beta Evaluation Agreement (which will be presented during the in-console activation).
