Send logs from the Cortex XDR Agent app for iOS to Palo Alto Networks for analysis.
From the home screen, select
→ .The support file is generated locally and is accessible by the user using the Files app. From there you can copy/send/share the support zip file.
Admin can request the support file from the Cortex XDR dashboard, Endpoint control, Retreive Support File. The server will tell the agent to generate the support file and automatically upload it to the server.
