Abstract

Learn how to view the security events identified by the Cortex XDR Agent app installed on your iOS device.

View the security events identified by the Cortex XDR Agent app installed on your iOS device. Security events are displayed on the app's home screen. The latest event is displayed at the top of the screen.

This list is view-only. Information is sent to your IT administrator.

Possible security events include the following:

  • Jailbroken artifacts detected: Cortex XDR detected that your device is jailbroken, and does not comply with your organization's security policies.

  • Calls and messages reported as spam: You reported spam calls or messages.

  • Malicious URLs: You attempted to access malicious websites or content using Safari, and Cortex XDR blocked them. Future attempts will also be blocked.

  • Installed apps tried to access malicious URLS: Apps installed on your device tried to access malicious websites or content, and Cortex XDR blocked them. Future attempts will also be blocked.

  • Reboot recommendation.
