In addition to understanding the Business Unit ownership, it is vital to maintain an updated point of contact for the Asset. To review/edit a point of contact:
Select the Issue from the Issue List View to open the Issue Detail View.
Scroll down and select Ownership for the associated IP range. This link takes you to the detailed view of the related Asset.
Scroll down until you see Contacts.
To see/update an existing contact, click the contact box. If you need to add a contact to the Asset, click the + on the screen’s right side.
