You can remove annotations after selecting a row or multiple rows via Bulk Select.
You can remove annotations from the Tags or Contacts tabs.
You can remove annotations from the Contacts tab.
Select the row or multiple rows via Bulk Select that you want to remove, and click Remove Annotations.
The Tags and Contacts tabs are displayed where you can remove an annotation.

Tags tab—Specify in the Tags to be Removed field the tag(s) that you want to remove. Expander automatically displays a list of existing tags. As you type, the list automatically filters on the characters you enter. Cortex Xpanse Expander displays a list of Tags Common to Selected Rows to make removing tags easier.
Contacts tab—Specify in the Contacts to be Removed field, the email address(es) of the contact you want to remove. When the field is selected, a list of existing emails addresses for the current contacts are displayed. Cortex Xpanse Expander displays a list of Contacts Common to Selected Rows to make removing contacts easier.
Apply annotation changes by clicking Apply to X Items.
