Abstract

Notify users via email when an engine disconnects by adding a server configuration in Cortex XSOAR.

You can specify which Cortex XSOAR users receive an email notification when an engine disconnects.

  1. Go to Settings → About → Troubleshooting.

  2. In the Server Configuration section, add the following key and value.
