Abstract

Update server configurations to improve system performance when installing Cortex XSOAR Marketplace content packs offline.

When installing content packs offline, it is recommended that you update a server configuration to turn off marketplace synchronization in the Cloud. This improves system performance.

  1. Select Settings → About → Troubleshooting → Add Server Configuration.

  2. Add the following key and value:

  3. Click Save.
