Cortex XSOAR 8 is the new, innovative re-architectured version of the Cortex XSOAR product for On-prem and SaaS deployments. The Cloud and On-prem deployments are now available.

Cortex XSOAR 8 is tightly integrated with the Cortex platform. As such, it offers:

Cortex XSOAR 8 SaaS is deployed on top of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and offers:

Existing Cortex XSOAR 6 On-prem customers may migrate to Cortex XSOAR 8 SaaS or Cortex XSOAR 8 On-prem.

FedRAMP follows a quarterly release cycle. Each new version is typically released a few weeks after the General Availability (GA) date.

Cortex XSOAR 8 SaaS performance limitations are defined in the following link: Cortex XSOAR Service Limits.

Cortex XSOAR is optimized for best performance using the HTTPv2 protocol. If you are using a non-supported browser version or a network middleware that uses a protocol other than HTTPv2, you may experience slowness in loading and response times between the browser and the Cortex XSOAR service.

Consult with your browser or middleware vendor to see how to update the protocol.
