Configure Cortex XDR phone call blocking. When enabled, this feature allows malicious callers to be blocked, based on the block list that is defined by the Cortex XDR administrator.

  1. On the iOS device, select Settings, scroll down to Phone ,scroll down to Call Blocking & Identification.

  2. Under Call Identification Apps, enable the switch for Cortex XDR.
