Rather than installing Cortex XSOAR on your sever, you can use install on a Google Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). Create a new VPC if you don’t have one.
The following provides instructions for launching Cortex XSOAR from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Marketplace.
Click Launch to launch Cortex XSOAR.
From the drop-down lists in the Networking window, select the Network and Subnetwork.
In the Firewall window, select Allow HTTPS traffic from the Internet.
It may take several minutes until the instance comes up. Check the status of the instance in your GCP Compute console. When the instance boots up, and the status is Ready, continue to the next step.
From a web browser, go to
https://<instance_public_IP>to verify that Cortex XSOAR was successfully installed. The default port is 443.
When prompted, enter the username and password that was generated through the deployment. To determine the username and password, go to the GCP Deployment Manager, and verify the Admin username and Admin password.
