Central to any Issue remediation is assigning the Issue to team members for investigation and follow-up. Cortex Xpanse provides the ability to assign an Issue to another Cortex Xpanse user.
To assign an Issue to a Cortex Xpanse user.
Click the drop-down for Assigned To to select the user you want to assign for remediation.
In addition to assigning Issues to Cortex Xpanse users, you can also update the Point of Contact for an Asset for non-Cortex Xpanse users
