Abstract

Describes the SLA agreement for all Cortex products including Cortex XSOAR.

Cortex XSOAR hosted services shall be available 99.9% of the time, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance. Any downtime resulting from outages of third-party connections or utilities or other reasons beyond the control of Palo Alto Networks will be excluded.
